Okay, here’s a weird one for you. On this day in 1978, The band “THE POLICE” filmed a TV commercial for Wrigley’s Spearmint Gum. Wrigley’s asked the band to die their hair blonde to look more “punk rock”. The bandliked to look, kept it as their signature style.
