Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma have arrested an older man after numerous complaints that he exposed himself in the middle of a park.
The older man was identified as Stephen Olsen and was seen pulling his pants down and touching himself in a sexual manner. Police gathered the suspect’s information and were able to arrest Olsen on Tuesday.
Police announced the arrest in a news release with the subject line: “Chronic Masturbator Caught.”
Olsen was booked into jail on two counts of indecent exposure.
