LAMONT’S MUSIC NOTES-JUNE 9, 2019…NINETEEN YEARS AGO DON HENLEY PLAYED THE SHORELINE AMPHITHEATRE. I WAS AT THIS SHOW AND THIS IS THE CONCERT THAT TURNED ME INTO A DON HENLEY FAN. THE SOUND WAS IMPECCABLE AND HENLEY WAS AT THE TOP OF HIS GAME TOURING IN SUPPORT OF THE THE ALBUM ‘THE END OF THE INNOCENCE’. HENLEY ENDED UP WINNING A GRAMMY AWARD FOR “BEST MALE ROCK VOCAL PERFORMANCE” FOR THIS RECORD. THE SETLIST FOR THE SHOW AT SHORELINE WAS:
