WATCH A 93 YEAR OLD MAN SHOOT AN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE MANAGER AFTER DISPUTE OVER WATER DAMAGE

On January 2nd, 93-year-old Robert Thomas was upset about water damage in his Las Vegas apartment. In response Robert Thomas shot and wounded a maintenance manager in an office before being arrested. The maintenance manager was treated for two wounds and has been released from a hospital. Robert Thomas appeared in court Tuesday, where a judge ordered him held on $25,000 bail pending a January 22nd preliminary hearing on attempted murder, kidnapping and weapon charges. Robert Thomas was not asked to enter a plea.

At the 6:58 mark, you can see Robert Thomas shooting the maintenance manager. At the 7:55 mark, you can see an officer fired through a glass door as Robert Thomas stood over the wounded maintenance manager. The bullet pierced the lapel of Robert Thomas’ coat but didn’t hit him. Robert Thomas received a cut on the head as he was arrested.
