LAMONT’S MUSIC NOTES- OCT 29, 2019...IT WAS 1973 AND JOHN LENNON RELEASED BOTH THE SINGLE AND ALBUM ‘MIND GAMES.’ THIS WAS LENNON’S FOURTH SOLO STUDIO ALBUM AND MARKED JOHN’S FIRST SELF-PRODUCED RECORDING WITHOUT THE HELP OF PHIL SPECTOR. THE TITLE TRACK WAS THE ONLY SINGLE RELEASED FROM THE ALBUM. THE SONG STARTED OFF AS A SONG CALLED ‘MAKE LOVE NOT WAR’ WHICH HAD A STRONG ANTI-WAR SENTIMENT. LENNON EVENTUALLY ABANDONED THAT THEME AND WROTE DIFFERENT LYRICS TO THE MELODY.

THE GROUP WAS COMING OFF THE SUCCESS OF THE ALBUM ‘10’ SELLING OVER 13 MILLION COPIES OF THE RECORD. THE CONCERT IN SAN JOSE WAS PART OF THE BAND’S TOUR IN SUPPORT OF THE ALBUM ‘VS.’ WHICH HAD JUST BEEN RELEASED 11 DAYS EARLIER ON OCT 19, 1993. PEARL JAM CONCENTRATED ON PLAYING SMALLER VENUES ON THIS TOUR, WHERE THE BAND "ignored the press and took its music directly to the fans." DURING THIS TOUR THE GROUP SET A CAP ON TICKET PRICES IN AN ATTEMPT TO THWART SCALPERS. THE TRAGIC DEATH OF DUANE ALLMAN
LAMONT’S MUSIC NOTES- OCT 29, 2019...ON THIS DAY IN 1971 GUITARIST DUANE ALLMAN DIED FOLLOWING A MOTORCYCLE CRASH. HE WAS ONLY 24. ALLMAN LOST CONTROL OF HIS MOTORCYCLE ON A MACON, GEORGIA STREET WHILE TRYING TO SWERVE TO AVOID A TRACTOR-TRAILER AND WAS THROWN FROM THE BIKE. THE MOTORCYCLE BOUNCED INTO THE AIR, LANDED ON ALLMAN AND SKIDDED ANOTHER 90 FEET WITH ALLMAN PINNED UNDERNEATH. DUANE ALLMAN WAS THREE WEEKS SHY OF HIS 25TH BIRTHDAY. THREE INSTAGRAM MODELS GET BANNED AFTER FLASHING THEIR BOOBS DURING GAME 5 OF THE WORLD SERIES
Last night during the bottom of the 7th inning for game 5 of the World Series between the Houston Astros and the Washington Nationals, the camera panned behind pitcher Gerrit Cole and showed home plate along with the first few rows of the stands. In the far left corner two models can be seen trying to distract the pitcher by lifting their tops and flashing their boobs.
One of the women was later identified as Instagram model Julia Rose after she began retweeting several of the clips.

Unfortunately for Julia Rose the stunt has come at a cost. Julia Rose posted a letter she received from Major League Baseball’s Vice President David Thomas.
The letter read: “On October 27, 2019, you attended World Series Game 5 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. During the game, you violated the fan code of conduct by exposing yourself during the 7th inning, in order to promote a business. You were also part of a scheme in which you induced others to expose themselves to promote the business. You are hereby banned from all Major League Baseball stadiums and facilities, indefinitely.”

Julia Rose’s first got fame when she appeared on the reality television show ‘Are You the One’ during season four back in 2016. Julia Rose has gone on to build a huge following on Instagram with almost every post showing her in a bikini or less. Julia Rose and her two friends were wearing shirts with the logo of Julia Rose’s digital magazine “Shagmag”. Along with Julia Rose, she was accompanied by fellow Instagram models Lauren Summer and Kayla Lauren. The latter of who posted after getting arrested. This is isn’t the first time the trio have been kicked out with an uploaded video on their YouTube channel showing them being kicked out of an amusement park.
