A Minnesota woman had a memorable time at a music festivial last weekend after getting her head stuck in a truck’s exhaust pipe for 45 minutes.
Kaitlyn Strom was at the Winstock Country Music Festival in the town of Winsted last Friday when she decided to go where few people have gone before.
“We were just all having fun and I saw this big exhaust pipe and I was like, ‘Hey, my head could probably fit in that,’” she said. “So I tried it. It did fit, but it didn’t want to come back out.”
Strom estimated she spent 45 minutes inside the pipe and said she was finally rescued when firefighters used a power saw.
Although she was unharmed by her close encounter with the inside of a tailpipe, the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office cited her for underage drinking.
She was escorted from the festival once she was freed, but her exhausting experience lives on thanks to this video posted on Facebook. Watch the video below.
This week in Denver, the city was experiencing extreme high winds and just like a scene out of The Wizard of Oz, two portable toilets went flying away in the sky.
Nobody was hurt, and nobody was in the two toilets as they flew away.
Remember the case of the “Poo Jogger” well now we know the identiy of the person who has been taking a crap in a neighborhood in Brisbane, Australia for a year. The Poo Jogger turns out to be a highflying executive. Andrew Douglas Macintosh, 64. Macintosh was taking a dump on a privately-owned foot path up to three times a week during his morning run.
A neighborhood team, led by a man called Steve, got together and vowed to catch the poo jogger. They found out it was Macintosh after a photo was taken of him in the middle of taking a poop.
Steve used an infrared camera to capture other images of the “Poo Jogger.” Plus, after a couple of weeks of waiting outside each morning, the neighborhood used a process of elimination to figure out the poo jogger’s route where he was running and narrowed it down to where he lived.
Last week Macintosh received a public nuisance charge but it was dropped when he agreed to pay a $378 fine. Macintosh’s neighbors don’t think this is enough and have also demanded a public apology.
Popular Bay Area Band, The Stone Foxes, got jacked!! After just starting their tour The Stone Foxes were traveling through Garland, Texas when their van, trailer and all of their gear was stolen! They’re working with the local police to try and locate their stuff but in the meantime we would like to raise money to help get them through this terrible situation and replace their gear so they can get back on the road and keep on rockin’! Unfortunately, their insurance won’t cover the loss so please give what you can. We know they appreciate the help greatly and have vowed to return any money they don’t have to use once they replace their gear.

On our way across the country playing music, we’ve had our van and trailer stolen outside of Dallas. The trailer contained nearly every piece of music gear we own and have been collecting throughout our careers. All of those instruments, amps, cables and pedals are the tools that we use to give 110% every night, on stage and in the studio. Our insurance can’t cover the incident, so we’re asking for your help to get us back on the road so we can do what we love most in the world, playing music for you.
It can be a very dark day when you wake up and realize that all of your beloved instruments are gone, in fact, it sucks. But all of the positive thoughts and well wishes have been incredible, and your uplifting attitudes have been a huge shot of love! All we want to is to get back out there, continue the tour, and keep playing for you with every ounce of passion and energy (and sweat) that we have.
